City Arena's presenter and attendees should solely use the provided room's wireless microphones Solution #1: Make sure that Presenter's laptop microphone and audio are both muted.Check again for video/microphone/speaker sources in Zoom (refer to Step #2 above) -> Notify CRON Solution: Streaming Laptop: Unplug and reconnect in-room camera & microphone USB cable.Problem: Sudden loss of audio/video signal & echo.Turn off wireless microphones and carefully store them in the A/V Rack/drawer.Unplug in-room camera & microphone USB cable and store in the A/V Rack.Shut down video wall and A/V systems, using Crestron touch panel.The content will be displayed to in-person and remote attendees via the current Zoom meeting Make sure the presenter's audio and microphone are both muted, to prevent any feedback.Join the Zoom meeting using the Presenter's Laptop.Step 5: Configure Presenter's Laptop (Mac or PC) Double-check that audio and video are working properly, validating with another virtual attendee.Click Join and enter the Meeting Password, if required.Enter the Zoom Meeting ID and "City Arena" as display name.On the Streaming laptop launch Zoom and start the meeting.Step 4: Start Zoom meeting and validate setup Check the battery levels and replace as needed (fresh batteries are available in the A/V Rack drawer). If needed, adjust room volume using the Crestron touch panel. Switch on a microphone and test that audio is sent to Zoom (monitoring the Input Level meter in Preferences/Audio) and room speakers.City Arena features handheld and lapel microphones, select the ones that better suit your needs.Locate the wireless microphones in the AV Rack drawer.On the Crestron touch panel, adjust camera pan/tilt/zoom by selecting Camera Controls.This setting will allow the audio coming from the virtual attendees to be heard in the room. IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the Speaker Output Volume is NOT set to zero. Under Audio, select CITY ARENA for Spearker and AV.io HDMI Audio for Microphone.The image from the PTZ camera will be displayed Under Video, select AV.io HDMI Video for Camera.The cable can be carefully routed under the closed A/V Rack door.
